Job Description: DNJ is looking for an Architect/ Interior designer who will define the artistic vision for clients Office, home, and recreational spaces. Architects will use their artistic abilities to design spaces that meet client requirements and budget constraints. We are looking for an architect with a bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) and 3-5 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will create conceptual drawings with high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings that effectively communicate architectural concepts and designs. 3d Key Responsibilities: Design architectural interiors using 2D and 3D software. Develop conceptual drawings , detailed working drawings , 3D views with photorealistic renderings , using software such as SketchUp Enscape/Lumion/D5/V-Ray . Determine budgets that match project requirements Designers must understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual presentations . Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and design reviews. Stay updated with up-to-date materials, industry trends, and techniques to enhance visualization quality. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in architecture (B.Arch). 3+ years of experience with design concept development and 3D visualization within an architectural or design firm. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software. Strong understanding of architectural design principles and materials. Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
