Job Description

You will be responsible for working with AutoCAD to create detailed construction documents with minimal guidance. Your role will involve translating concept drawings into construction-ready plans, coordinating with clients and on-site teams for project execution, and supporting landscape architects in the production of construction documents and presentation drawings. Additionally, you will be preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and utilizing SketchUp as needed to ensure high-quality work with strong attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines. Your responsibilities will also include managing communication with seniors, co-workers, and clients for smooth project execution, conducting site supervision when required, and demonstrating a strong commitment to landscape architecture principles and company ethics. You will need to maintain proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
