Architect Designer

As an Architect Designer at Epoch Living - Shrish Life Style, located in Chetpet, Chennai, you will be responsible for: - Utilizing excellent creative thinking skills to create designs through collaboration with the team or clients. - Conducting site visits to gather design ideas, measurements, and inspections. - Proficiency in Autocad, SketchUp, Rendering, Excel, and presentation software. - Understanding project requirements and translating them into design concepts. - Developing drafts, models, and prototypes according to project specifications. - Providing accurate, detailed, and to-scale drawings. - Creating costing estimations using Excel. - Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments. - Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Working both independently and collaboratively with the team. - Managing stressful situations and meeting strict deadlines effectively. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design with 2 years of experience. - Previous experience in Modular kitchen or Interior design is preferred. - 2-3 years of work experience as an Architect or Designer. - Proficiency in Autocad, SketchUp, Rendering, Excel, and presentation tools. - Experience in Lumion is an added advantage. - Certification in Autocad, SketchUp, and Rendering would be beneficial. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Company Overview:** Epoch Living - Shrish Life Style is a company specializing in Modular home, Home Interiors, Home or Office Furniture, Modular Kitchen, Architecture, and Interior design.
