Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Knowledge of Residential and Industrial Township Project, Group Housing Project, Commercial Project, Industrial Project and Intuitional Project.
Prepare architectural drawings, including working drawings, presentation drawings, concept designs, detail drawings, interior designing, and layout designs.
Create 3D models using software such as SketchUp or Revit for visualization purposes.
Develop civil architecture projects from conception to completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for building design.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in architectural design or a related field.
Diploma/B.Arch degree from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D, SketchUp, Civil Architecture, Building Design, Urban Design, Interior Architecture.
