Architect

As a Commercial Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading and developing innovative design concepts for commercial spaces, taking them from the initial schematic phase through to final execution. Your role will involve preparing engaging presentations, detailed drawings, 3D visuals, and mood boards to effectively communicate your ideas to clients. Collaboration with clients is a key aspect of this role, as you will work closely with them to understand their project requirements, functional needs, and branding elements. Your expertise will be utilized to produce comprehensive architectural drawings and specifications that align with the project scope and budget. In addition, you will be involved in the selection of materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that complement the design vision while staying within the project's financial constraints. Coordination with contractors, MEP consultants, and vendors will be essential to ensure the successful implementation of the design concept. Regular site visits will be conducted to monitor progress and ensure that the design intent is being realized on-site. Working closely with project management, you will contribute to delivering projects on schedule and within the allocated budget. Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and relevant regulations pertaining to commercial interiors will be an ongoing part of your role, ensuring that your designs remain innovative and compliant with current standards.,
