Join our dynamic team as an Architect where you will leverage your expertise in Pega technologies to design and implement innovative solutions. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment driving impactful outcomes without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Pega solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee the integration of Pega systems with existing applications ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Provide expert guidance on Pega Case Management to streamline workflows and improve case handling.
Drive Pega Upgrade projects ensuring minimal disruption and maximum benefit from new features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy Pega Frameworks tailored to business needs.
Utilize Pega Open Span to automate repetitive tasks increasing productivity and reducing errors.
Ensure adherence to best practices in Pega development maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Pega solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot Pega applications resolving issues promptly to maintain system reliability.
Conduct regular reviews of Pega implementations to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Mentor junior team members sharing knowledge and expertise in Pega technologies.
Stay updated with the latest Pega advancements incorporating new features and functionalities into projects.
Contribute to the companys strategic goals by delivering Pega solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Pega Integration with proven experience in designing and implementing complex integrations.
Demonstrate expertise in Pega Case Management with a track record of successful case management solutions.
Have hands-on experience with Pega Upgrade projects ensuring smooth transitions and enhanced capabilities.
Show proficiency in Pega Frameworks with the ability to customize and deploy frameworks effectively.
Exhibit knowledge of Pega Open Span with experience in automating processes to improve efficiency.
