Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
• Design Development:Creating architectural designs, drawings, and specifications, including master plans and conceptual designs.
• Technical Oversight:Providing technical guidance on architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.
• Collaboration and Communication:Working with clients, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure effective communication and project execution.
• Quality Control:Ensuring adherence to design specifications, building codes, and quality standards during construction.
• Problem Solving:Addressing complex design challenges and resolving technical issues during the project lifecycle.
• Mentorship and Leadership:Guiding and mentoring junior architects, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
• Project Management:Managing project teams, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed within specified parameters.
• Staying Current:Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies.

Essential Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of architectural design software (CAD, Revit, etc.) and building codes.
• Project Management: Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex architectural and technical issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
