Architect

As an Architect at the Designing Firm located in Mapusa, North-Goa, your role involves developing architectural plans for new buildings, renovations, and alterations. You will consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and present design proposals. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and overseeing construction projects by coordinating with engineers and contractors. Additionally, you will conduct site visits to monitor progress and analyze design challenges, finding innovative solutions to meet project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop architectural plans for new buildings, renovations, and alterations. - Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and present design proposals. - Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, cost estimates, etc. - Oversee construction projects, coordinate with engineers and contractors, and conduct site visits to monitor progress. - Analyze and solve design challenges, finding innovative solutions to meet project requirements. Qualification Required: - Diploma/Bachelors in Architecture Skills Required: - Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction techniques. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and other professionals. - Familiarity with CAD software, 3D modelling software, and other design tools. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The work location requires in-person presence.,
