Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with 3 to 9 years of professional experience in architecture, design, and project execution. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in architectural planning, AutoCAD, and coordination with clients and project teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop architectural designs and layouts based on client requirements.
Prepare working drawings, construction details, and presentation documents.
Coordinate with structural, electrical, and MEP consultants.
Conduct site visits to ensure design execution as per plan.
Utilize tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software effectively.
Stay updated with building codes, regulations, and industry trends.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools.
Good communication and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling, drafting, and civil construction.
