Technical Skills

Deep hands-on knowledge of GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted coding workflows
Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices (SDLC, CI/CD, code reviews)
Experience with at least one major language ecosystem (Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, etc.)
Familiarity with IDEs such as VS Code, JetBrains, Visual Studio
Consulting & Communication Skills
Strong consulting mindset with ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to translate technical AI concepts into practical developer guidance

Experience & Background
