Role Overview: As a Senior AI Technical Lead at our company, you will be leading our Generative AI initiatives with a focus on conversational bot development, prompt engineering, and scalable AI solutions. Your role will require deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor a high-performing team in an innovation-driven environment. You will play a crucial role in designing and deploying cutting-edge GenAI systems that revolutionize user interactions with intelligent agents. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable GenAI architectures for conversational bots and intelligent agents - Define workflows for agent and conversational bots to solve various business problems - Architect solutions for multi-modal AI (text, image, voice) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) - Integrate bots with various channels like WhatzApp, Instagram, websites, and mobile platforms - Develop and refine advanced prompt strategies for LLMs to ensure high-quality, context-aware responses - Build reusable prompt libraries and frameworks for internal use - Evaluate prompt performance using metrics like coherence, relevance, and factuality - Lead a team of 10 - 12 engineers, data scientists, and designers through agile development cycles - Drive technical roadmap, sprint planning, and code reviews - Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning - Work with stakeholders to identify data, versions, and ingestion into RAG databases - Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and business leaders to align AI capabilities with user needs - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field - 8-10 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2-3 years in GenAI or LLM-based systems - Proficiency in Python, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers - Understanding of bot frameworks such as RASA, BotPress, or similar open or closed source frameworks - Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, embeddings, vector databases - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) - Strong understanding of programming languages, such as Python About the Company: Red Hat is the world's leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, utilizing a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
