About Us:

Anurag Sanwra Enterprises is a multi-disciplinary contracting firm working across civil, electrical, and infrastructure projects. We are currently engaged in upcoming modular infrastructure projects and looking to onboard a professional who can take responsibility for design and execution of modular toilet units.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, planning, and site execution of 4–5 modular toilets (public utility model).
• Prepare working drawings, BOQ, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with our engineering team for civil, plumbing, and electrical works.
• Ensure quality standards, structural safety, and timely completion.
• Support in vendor/material selection and cost optimisation.
• Liaise with clients and project stakeholders for approvals.
• A Transportation is must for site visit

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong skills may also apply).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp or equivalent design tools (not specifically required)
• Understanding of sanitation standards, plumbing layouts, and prefabricated/modular construction.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
