Role & Responsibilities: Lead the design, planning, and site execution of 4–5 modular toilets (public utility model). Prepare working drawings, BOQ, and material specifications. Coordinate with our engineering team for civil, plumbing, and electrical works. Ensure quality standards, structural safety, and timely completion. Support in vendor/material selection and cost optimisation. Liaise with clients and project stakeholders for approvals. A Transportation is must for site visit Candidate Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering . 2–5 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong skills may also apply). Knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp or equivalent design tools (not specifically required) Understanding of sanitation standards, plumbing layouts, and prefabricated/modular construction.
