About the Role

We are looking for a smart, driven Architectural Generalist who wants to go beyond traditional design roles and build a career at the intersection of architecture, marketing, product development, and business strategy.

This role gives you exposure to large-scale architectural projects, international markets, brand building, product innovation, and architect community engagement. If you enjoy learning fast, wearing multiple hats, and building things from scratch, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Creative Collaterals

• Work with the marketing team to design shade cards, brochures, pitch decks, and technical guides.
• Coordinate website updatesproduct pages, architectural visuals, concept renders, and content.
• Contribute to social media storytelling with architect-focused content.

2. Architect & Project Engagement

• Assist in developing presentations for architects, faade consultants, and project teams.
• Interact with architects on specifications, product queries, and design conversations.
• Support in managing high-value architectural projects—documentation, tracking, coordination.

3. International Market Research

• Explore faade, materials, and architectural trends across MENA, EU, ASEAN, and other global markets.
• Prepare comparative studies, insights, and product positioning reports.

4. Event & Community Building

• Help organize architect meets, design workshops, factory tours, and international delegations.
• Build relationships with young designers, studios, and influencers in the architectural ecosystem.

5. Product & Innovation Support

• Assist in developing new product concepts, textures, finishes, and color palettes.
• Benchmark products against global competitors and industry standards.
• Participate in sustainability documentation and certifications (LEED, IGBC, GRIHA).

• A fresh B.Arch graduate with strong curiosity and multidisciplinary thinking.
• Design-savvy with a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, color, and presentation.
• Comfortable interacting with architects and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with deadlines.
• Interest in architecture, materials, marketing, and global design trends.
• Tools You Should Know (or Be Willing to Learn Fast)
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• PowerPoint/Keynote
• Basic CAD/SketchUp for visuals (preferred, not mandatory)
• Canva or Figma (added advantage)
