Archer Engineer

As an Archer IRM Lead, your role involves configuring and developing solutions on the Archer IRM platform to enhance the existing RSA Archer use cases. You will guide the configuration of use cases to support the development of GRC requirements in a dynamic environment, ensuring the implementation methodology of the organization is followed. Your responsibilities include understanding business requirements, contributing to organizational goals, developing new RSA Archer use cases, and creating documentation for product offerings. You will collaborate with stakeholders, participate in design sessions, and adhere to quality targets during each phase of SDLC. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand the business requirements and provide suitable solutions - Contribute to the development and achievement of organizational goals - Develop new RSA Archer use cases and extend existing capabilities - Create documentation for new product offerings - Interact with stakeholders in cross-functional teams - Participate and contribute in design sessions - Adhere to cost/delivery/quality targets in SDLC phases **Qualifications Required:** - GRC / IRM Domain Knowledge - Experience in GRC / IRM solution implementation - Ability to articulate customer requirements into Engineering requirements - Project management skills to deliver with high quality and predictability - Cross-functional team interactions and collaboration - Proficiency in Java Script / API Integration - Programming skills in any language and Exposure to DB - Minimum 10 years of experience with Archer IRM across various use cases such as Archer Engage, Engage for Vendor, Third Party Risk Management, ESG Management, Enterprise and Operational Risk Management, IT Security Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Governance, etc.,
