Archer Engineer

As an Archer IRM Lead, your role involves configuring and developing solutions on the Archer IRM platform to enhance the capabilities of existing RSA Archer use cases. You will lead and guide the configuration of use cases to support GRC requirements in a dynamic environment. It is essential to follow the organization's implementation methodology and implement top-notch solutions, including out-of-the-box configuration, custom development, integrations, and identifying future needs. Your responsibilities will include understanding business requirements and providing suitable solutions, contributing to organizational goals, developing new RSA Archer use cases, creating documentation for new product offerings, collaborating with stakeholders from various teams, participating in design sessions, and ensuring adherence to cost, delivery, and quality targets throughout SDLC phases. To excel in this role, you should possess knowledge in GRC/IRM domains, experience in GRC/IRM solution implementation, the ability to articulate customer requirements into engineering needs, project management skills to ensure high-quality and predictable delivery, proficiency in cross-functional team interactions, expertise in JavaScript/API integration, programming skills in any language, and exposure to database management. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience with Archer IRM across all use cases, including Archer Engage, Engage for Vendor, Third Party Risk Management, ESG Management, Enterprise and Operational Risk Management, IT Security Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Governance, etc. Your expertise and skills will play a pivotal role in driving successful Archer IRM initiatives within the organization.,
