Job Description: The CRM – Residentials is responsible for handling end-to-end customer service and relationship management post-booking to handover. The role focuses on ensuring timely communication, documentation, coordination with internal teams, and enhancing customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey and Vendor Management. Key Responsibilities: Customer Onboarding & Coordination: Manage customer interactions post-sale until possession. Act as a single point of contact for residential clients. Welcome calls, orientation, and document collection. Documentation & Compliance: Coordinate agreements (Sale Deed, AOS, etc.) and necessary documentation. Ensure legal and compliance formalities are complete on time. Payments & Invoicing: Coordinate demand letters, follow up on payment schedules. Work with the accounts and sales team to track collections. Share receipts and manage customer queries related to payments. Possession & Handover: Schedule and coordinate property handovers. Ensure snagging, final inspections, and customer readiness. Collect feedback and resolve any handover-related issues. Complaint Management: Record, escalate, and resolve customer complaints effectively. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, maintenance, etc.) for resolutions. Customer Communication: Share project updates, construction progress, handover timelines. Conduct customer meets or webinars as necessary.
