Arbitrator

We are seeking a qualified **Arbitrator** to assist in resolving legal disputes efficiently and impartially. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, legal expertise, and a commitment to delivering fair, unbiased decisions. This role involves reviewing case files, rendering legally binding or advisory decisions based on evidence and applicable law.

• Key Responsibilities:

* Review legal documents, evidence, and statements submitted by both parties

* Analyze information and issue well-reasoned, unbiased decisions or recommendations

* Maintain accurate records of proceedings and rulings

* Ensure compliance with relevant arbitration rules and ethical standards

* Work closely with legal teams or clients throughout the arbitration process

* Handle cases efficiently to avoid prolonged delays in resolution---

• Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Law or specialized training in Arbitration.

* Certification in Arbitration is must to have.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in legal practice, arbitration, or dispute resolution

* Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
