AR Specialist-RCM

Role Overview: As an AR Specialist in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team at Ambit Global Solution LLP, you will play a crucial role in tracking and resolving outstanding insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will be essential in improving cash flow and reducing A/R days, with a particular focus on surgical cases. Your expertise in insurance follow-up, especially in surgery-related claims, will contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our billing processes. Key Responsibilities: - Take timely action to resubmit, appeal, or escalate insurance claims - Accurately document all activities and follow-up actions in the billing system - Collaborate with billing, coding, and other RCM team members to ensure claim accuracy - Focus on reducing A/R days and improving cash flow, especially in surgical cases Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance follow-up in medical billing/RCM - Strong understanding of EOBs, denial codes, CPT/ICD codes, and insurance rules - Experience with surgery-related claims is highly desirable - Proficient in using EMR and billing platforms (e.g., Athena, Kareo, eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD) - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Must be comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones (EST/PST/CST) Company Description: Ambit Global Solution LLP is a leading provider of medical and dental billing and revenue cycle management services.
