Job Description

We are looking for a skilled AR Follow-up Specialist to join our team in the Medical Services/Hospital industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in healthcare and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
Analyze and report on account status, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely payments.
Stay updated with industry developments and changes in regulations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of medical services and hospital operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
