Job Description: You will be working as an AR Caller in a full-time hybrid role. As an AR Caller, your main responsibility will be managing and resolving discrepancies in medical billing and insurance claims. Your daily tasks will include making outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on unpaid claims, identifying and rectifying billing errors, and documenting the status of claims in the system. This role is based in Noida and offers some work-from-home flexibility. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on unpaid claims - Identify and rectify billing errors - Document the status of claims in the system Qualifications: - Experience with medical billing and insurance claims - Strong communication and follow-up skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to use billing software and maintain accurate records - Capability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare administration or related field is beneficial,
