Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Role Overview

AR Caller / Denials Management Executive

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on
unpaid or denied medical claims.
Understand and analyze the
denial reasons
and take corrective actions.
Update claim details and actions taken in the billing system with complete accuracy.
Ensure
timely follow-up
and resolution of accounts receivable (AR).
Escalate unresolved cases to senior team members for further intervention.
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets as per process requirements.
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while communicating with insurance representatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Fresh graduates (any stream) interested in pursuing a career in
Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Excellent communication and spoken English skills
are mandatory.
Willingness to work in a
US Night Shift.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet usage, typing speed).
Quick learner with the ability to work in a team and under pressure.
