We are hiring experienced AR Callers to join our growing team in Hyderabad. If you have in-depth knowledge and experience of the US healthcare RCM process and are looking for a great work environment with exciting perks we want to hear from you!
. Must have experienced handling US Healthcare providers/ Physicians/ Accounts Receivable
. Responsible for working on Denials, Appeals, Rejections, Credit Balance, LOA's to accounts etc
. Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards
. Identify issues and escalate the same to the immediate supervisor and the Team Leader (If necessary)
. Update Production logs
. Should adherence to the company policies & procedures
. Analyses outstanding claims and initiates collection efforts as per aging report to get claims
reimbursed.
Should be flexible with night shift timings (5:30 pm to 2:30 am).
