Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Contact insurance companies to verify patient eligibility and benefits.
Confirm copay, coinsurance, and deductible information.
Document verified details accurately in the system.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in US healthcare – insurance verification/AR calling.
Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
Knowledge of copay, coinsurance, deductibles, and insurance eligibility.
Familiarity with US healthcare terminologies and payer portals is a plus.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in night shifts.

NIGHT SHIFT - 5PM TO 2AM (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)

LOCATION: MANGADU
