Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Plant Supervisor to join our team. The Plant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at our manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, managing labor resources, and supporting the Plant Manager with various tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing operations, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities: Manage and supervise plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Coordinate and schedule labor resources to meet production targets and deadlines. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Oversee quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards and specifications. Train and mentor plant staff to improve performance, productivity, and teamwork. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on plant equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during production, including equipment malfunctions, quality issues, and employee conflicts.
