We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to train students and develop high-quality content for our aptitude and reasoning training modules. The ideal candidate should possess a strong command of quantitative aptitude and Logical Reasoning concepts, with the ability to simplify complex topics using shortcuts and tricks. Effective communication and the ability to engage students are key qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions to students, preparing them for placement drives.
• Develop and update content aligned with the assigned semester syllabus.
• Utilize a variety of training techniques, tools, and methodologies for effective learning.
• Interact with students shortlisted for placement drives and provide guidance based on their inputs.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in training or content development.
• Strong knowledge in Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
