Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru for an Aptitude Faculty (Trainer). The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering effective and engaging aptitude training sessions to students, which may include mathematical problem-solving, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. This role entails preparing customized training content, conducting assessments, and providing one-on-one feedback or mentorship to support students in improving their aptitude and preparation for placements. The Aptitude Faculty will work closely with the curriculum team to enhance the quality of training programs and ensure success rates in student assessments and placements.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in topics such as Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
• Proficiency in preparing structured training programs, including course materials and assessment content
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging and mentoring students
• Experience in classroom or corporate training preferred
• Prior participation in placement skills training or education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Education, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of an educational team
