Job Description We at Fusion Practices are looking for an Oracle FCCS Consultant with a minimum of 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Services (FCCS), ensuring efficient financial reporting and compliance with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure Oracle FCCS according to client requirements. Support financial close processes, Intercompany eliminations, and multi-currency consolidations. Collaborate with finance stakeholders to design and deliver effective FCCS solutions. Develop and maintain data integrations between FCCS and source systems (ERP, GL). Create reports and dashboards using Oracle Smart View, FR Studio, and other tools. Perform unit and integration testing to ensure solution quality and performance. Provide end-user training and post-implementation support. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS. Strong understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, and accounting principles. Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, particularly FCCS modules. Familiarity with Oracle Data Management, EPM Automate, and Smart View. Experience with scripting (e.g., Calculation Manager, Groovy scripting) is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle FCCS Certification. Experience with other Oracle EPM Cloud modules like Planning, EDMCS, ARCS, etc. Exposure to integration tools like FDMEE or ODI.
