The Apps Support Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role with the ability to independently solve most problems and apply analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. You will have a good understanding of apps support procedures and concepts, as well as basic knowledge of other technical areas. Your responsibilities will include providing technical and business support for users of Citi Applications, participating in disaster recovery testing, liaising between users/traders and internal technology groups, and analyzing applications to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues. You will play a key role in application releases, from development and testing to deployment into production, and will be responsible for performing post-release checkouts and developing technical support documentation. Collaboration with development colleagues to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements will be essential. Your work will directly impact the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by yourself and others, as well as having an impact on your own team and closely related work teams. As an Apps Support Intmd Analyst, you will need to operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercise independence of judgment and autonomy, and act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team members. Your qualifications should include 2-5 years of experience, basic knowledge of apps support procedures and concepts, and an understanding of financial markets and products. Additionally, you should have good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to plan and organize your workload effectively. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, along with good experience in supporting web-based applications, knowledge of microservices architecture, hands-on experience with tools such as Kibana, Splunk, App Dynamics, Unix, and SQL, and a good understanding of Kubernetes and exposure to OpenShift. You should also have experience in problem management tools, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to share information effectively with other team members and technology teams.
