Apps Dev Tech Lead Analyst (Tableau)

As a skilled professional in application systems and programming, your main responsibilities will involve leading the analysis and programming activities for new or revised application systems. You will collaborate with the Technology team to implement these systems effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Tableau Bi tool, proficient in building Catalog/dashboard and optimizing/fine-tuning Tableau reports - Hands-on experience in Python with a keen interest in automation - Expertise in constructing complex SQL queries and fine-tuning them for various databases like Oracle, Sybase, MongoDB, Neo4j - Collaborate with multiple management teams to ensure seamless integration of functions, identify necessary system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements - Resolve high-impact problems/projects through thorough evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards - Provide advanced knowledge in applications programming, ensuring that application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint - Use advanced system flow knowledge to develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards - Develop a comprehensive understanding of how different business areas integrate to achieve goals - Conduct in-depth analysis and critical thinking to define issues and devise innovative solutions - Act as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, distributing work as required - Assess risks effectively when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations to protect Citigroup, its clients, and assets Qualifications: - 12-15 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role - Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications - Proven track record of managing and implementing successful projects - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development - Ability to adapt priorities swiftly based on circumstances - Demonstrated leadership and project management skills - Consistently exhibit clear and concise written and verbal communication If you require a reasonable accommodation to utilize search tools or apply for a career opportunity due to a disability, please refer to the Accessibility at Citi guidelines.,
