Job Description

seasoned Oracle Apps DBA Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the administration, maintenance, and support of
Oracle E-Business Suite environments (R12.1 & R12.2)
in production and non-production systems
Plan and oversee
patching, cloning, and upgrade activities
(including R12.2 ADOP/Online Patching)
Architect and implement
high availability
,
disaster recovery
, and
backup solutions
using
RAC
,
Data Guard
, and
RMAN
Lead or participate in
EBS migration to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Drive
performance tuning
for EBS and Oracle databases (11g/12c/19c)
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (infra, apps, security) to manage deployments and integrations
Serve as a primary point of contact for
critical incidents
,
Oracle SRs
, and RCA documentation
Mentor and guide junior DBAs; define and enforce
best practices
and
SOPs
Ensure system
compliance
,
security
, and
governance
per organizational standards

Contribute to project planning, effort estimation, and resource allocation
Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and change records
