Role Overview: As an Apprentice Product Marketing Development, you will be assisting a Product Manager in creating and developing innovative products for the brand within the Marketing International Development department. You will play a crucial role in the development of new products from concept to market launch, collaborating closely with various departments such as R&D, packaging, operational marketing, digital, and scientific communication. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in the development of new products, from concept to global market launch, in collaboration with R&D, packaging, operational marketing, digital, and scientific communication teams. - Analyze consumer needs and expectations across different markets. - Analyze the dermo-cosmetic market and beauty industry trends. - Evaluate the performance of the brand and key competitors through sell-in and sell-out analysis using GERS panels. - Coordinate with external providers for project briefs, budget-compliant quotes, and project management to ensure timely delivery of brand elements. - Assist in the preparation of marketing campaigns and tools in multiple languages for global markets. - Organize international and national seminars for distributors, sales teams, training, and medical visits. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing / Pharmacy / Scientific fields. - Strong interest in the dermo-cosmetic sector. - Previous experience as a Product Manager through internships or apprenticeships. - Dynamic, adaptable, and enjoys teamwork. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively. - Initiative-driven. - Proficient in written and spoken English.
