Job Description

Role Overview: As a Management Level employee at the company, your main purpose of the job is to support the People Services Associates during busy periods by accurately inputting starters, leavers, and employee master data changes. You will also be responsible for producing Bank submission reports for customers and ensuring they are signed off within agreed timeframes. Key Responsibilities: - Support People Services Associates during high work volumes to input starters, leavers, and employee master data changes accurately. - Produce Bank submission reports for customers and ensure timely sign off by the appropriate person. - Respond to all requests in a helpful, highly responsive, efficient, and customer-friendly manner. - Meet all Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets and escalate any issues to the Finance Shared Services Team Leader promptly. - Provide information to 3rd parties in the US regarding statutory, social security, and pension providers. - Report any processing problems to your Team Leader immediately. - Process year-end reporting and submission to authorities. - Support team members during busy periods to meet service targets and complete workload. - Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR Centre of Excellence for timely exchange of information and administrative support. - Assist HR Business Partners and ER Specialists with companywide HR issues. - Act as an escalation point and provide advice to resolve queries when necessary. - Maintain a clean, secure, and well-maintained work area. - Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required. - Drive continuous service improvement by suggesting ideas for quality work and Customer Experience enhancement. Qualifications Required: - First degree qualified - Excellent written and spoken English language skills - Strong numeracy skills, data input accuracy, and attention to detail - Strong judgment and decision-making skills - Ability to thrive in a highly pressurized environment, multitask, and meet deadlines - Knowledge in MS Excel - Strong integrity, appreciation for confidentiality, and data protection - Commitment and enthusiasm for continuous improvement in HR service delivery at Equiniti (Note: The statements in this Job Profile outline the core duties and responsibilities but may not cover all responsibilities of the position),
