Job Description

Role Overview: As a Management Level employee at the company, your main purpose of the job is to support People Services Associates during busy periods by accurately inputting starters, leavers, and employee master data changes. You will also be responsible for producing Bank submission reports for customers and ensuring they are signed off within agreed timeframes. Key Responsibilities: - Support People Services Associates during high work volumes by inputting starters, leavers, and employee master data changes accurately. - Produce Bank submission reports for customers and ensure timely sign-off. - Respond to all requests in a helpful, highly responsive, and customer-friendly manner. - Meet all Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets and escalate any issues to the Finance Shared Services Team Leader. - Support HR Centres of Excellence in providing information to 3rd parties within the US. - Raise any problems during processing with your Team Leader immediately. - Process year-end reporting and submission to respective authorities. - Provide support to team members during busy periods to meet service targets and workload. - Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR Centre of Excellence for timely exchange of information. - Support HR Business Partners and ER Specialists with companywide HR issues. - Act as an escalation point for the People Services team when necessary. - Ensure the work area is clean, secure, and well-maintained. - Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required. - Drive continuous service improvement by suggesting ideas to enhance work quality and Customer Experience. Qualification Required: - First degree qualified. - Excellent written and spoken English language skills. - Strong numeracy skills, data input accuracy, and attention to detail. - Strong judgement and decision-making skills. - Ability to thrive in a highly pressurized environment, multitask, and meet deadlines. - Knowledge in MS Excel. - Strong integrity, appreciation for confidentiality, and data protection. - Commitment and enthusiasm for continuous improvement in HR delivery at Equiniti.
