Job Title: Apprentice Bancassurance Channel Company: SUD Life Insurance Company Ltd. Duration: 6 Months Apprenticeship Program ________________________________________ About the Role: SUD Life Insurance Company invites dynamic and motivated graduates to join our Bancassurance Apprenticeship Program. This 6-month program offers hands-on training and exposure to life insurance sales and customer relationship management through our partner bank branches. As an apprentice, you will work closely with experienced Relationship Managers, assist in lead generation, client servicing, and sales activities, and gain real-time insights into the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) industry. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Assist in generating leads from walk-in bank customers. Support in pitching life insurance products as per customer needs. Learn and participate in sales activities and policy issuance processes. Coordinate with bank staff to maximize cross-selling opportunities. Maintain daily reports and update CRM tools. Provide customer service and after-sales support. ________________________________________ Eligibility Criteria: Graduation Year: 2020 and onwards (Graduates from any stream) Education Qualification: Bachelors degree from a recognized university Others: Strong communication skills and interest in sales/customer interaction ________________________________________ Stipend Details: Total Monthly Stipend: 18,000 13,500 from SUD Life Insurance (credited by the 10th of every month) 4,500 through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) at the month-end ________________________________________ What You Will Gain: On-the-job learning in insurance sales and relationship management Exposure to banking channel operations Certificate of completion from SUD Life Insurance Priority consideration for full-time opportunities based on performance ________________________________________ Working Days: Monday to Saturday (as per bank hours) ________________________________________ Contact for Details : Vaibhav.Gadage@sudlife.in
