India Apprentice Program:

About Team:
The RFI Team supports the Fortrea Global Commercial (Sales) Organization by completing Requests for Information (RFI) from new and returning clients, as well as storing and maintaining company related information in our content library, Responsive. We support RFIs across the entire business including Clinical Pharmacology (exploratory, first in human, early Phase I), Clinical Development (Phase I-IV) and Market Access (Phase IV and beyond). We also support and contribute to Requests for Proposal (RFP) content as necessary.
Apprenticeship Summary:
The Apprentice participates in and executes the entry level department functions in accordance with Fortrea and/or sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Learns to support Responsive content updates and assign metadata
Begins to support Responsive content edits and addition of new library content
Learns to support low/mid complexity RFIs
Communicates internally with SMEs and other stakeholders
Contributes to process driven tasks
Education/Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelors degree in related field (Science or Technology)
Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership
Other Key Skills:
Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact
Demonstrated computer skills – requires excellent MS Office experience (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook)
Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize
Demonstrated teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Strong analytical skills
Positive attitude and sense of urgency
Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours as needed to meet the client’s proposal deadline
