Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the receipt, inspection, and storage of hotel materials and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels using inventory management systems.
  • Support the procurement process, including sourcing materials and liaising with suppliers.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of perishable and non-perishable goods.
  • Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in managing waste and minimizing material losses.
  • Learn and adhere to hotel safety and hygiene standards
