Apprentice - Learning & Development

As an enthusiastic team member, you will play a key role in supporting the learning and development initiatives within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in organizing and delivering onboarding sessions for new hires. - Supporting in scheduling and coordinating internal and external training sessions. - Helping maintain training records and databases accurately. - Assisting in the creation and updating of training materials, presentations, and e-learning content. - Coordinating logistics for training sessions, including room bookings, equipment setup, and attendance tracking. - Participating in monitoring the effectiveness of training programs and gathering feedback from staff. - Providing administrative support to the Learning & Development and Human Resources teams. - Promoting a learning culture throughout the hotel by encouraging participation and engagement in training activities. - Assisting with employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communication efforts. - Staying updated on trends and innovations in hospitality training. Additionally, your role will require strong communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders and contribute to the overall success of the training programs.,
