Apprentice - Learning & Development

As a valued team member, your main responsibilities will include assisting in organizing and delivering onboarding sessions for new hires, supporting in scheduling and coordinating internal and external training sessions, and maintaining training records and databases accurately. You will play a key role in the creation and updating of training materials, presentations, and e-learning content. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics for training sessions, which includes room bookings, equipment setup, and attendance tracking. Furthermore, you will actively participate in monitoring the effectiveness of training programs and gathering feedback from staff to enhance learning outcomes. Your role will also involve providing administrative support to the Learning & Development and Human Resources teams, promoting a learning culture throughout the hotel, and encouraging participation and engagement in training activities. You will assist with employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communication efforts. To excel in this role, strong communication skills are essential. It is also important to stay updated on trends and innovations in hospitality training to contribute effectively to the continuous improvement of our training programs.,
