Job Description:

We are inviting applications for the position of Apprentice – Quality Assurance at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This is a one-year apprenticeship program, designed to train candidates in routine quality assurance operations, documentation practices, and regulatory compliance standards as per industry norms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing in-process quality checks and review of batch manufacturing and packing records.
• Support documentation activities related to deviations, change control, and CAPA under supervision.
• Maintain QA documents, logbooks, and records in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Support audit preparation, documentation review, and ensure readiness for internal and external inspections.
• Assist in ensuring overall compliance of quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives within the QA department.

Performance Review and Employment Opportunity:

• Apprentices will be monitored on performance, discipline, attendance, and workplace behavior throughout the training period.
• Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship and based on overall evaluation, eligible candidates may be considered for permanent employment within the Quality Assurance department.
