Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Appointment Setter (Sales) located in India. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting and scheduling appointments, generating leads, and maintaining effective communication with potential clients. The role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the sales team’s success.
Qualifications
- Skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
- Experience in Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
