Applied Science Manager - AI/ML

As a Senior Machine Learning/AI Manager at CDK, you will lead and mentor a team of scientists and engineers to deliver high-quality ML/AI solutions. You will own the full ML lifecycle from data exploration and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring. Your role will involve architecting and implementing models for recommendation systems, classification, forecasting, and generative AI use-cases. Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and MLOps teams will be crucial to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions. Utilizing LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to build intelligent customer experiences will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will champion model performance, interpretability, and reproducibility across varied domains.
