As an AI/ML Engineer within our platform operations team, you will play a crucial role in designing, constructing, and maintaining our AIOps solution. Your deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies, IT infrastructure, and platform engineering will be essential for driving significant business impact in financial services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers. - Demonstrate expertise in generative AI technologies, contributing to the development of POCs and evaluating new methodologies. - Proficiency in Java or Python to architect and build complex AI models from scratch, delivering secure, high-quality production code. - Utilize React or Angular to create user interfaces for AI applications, conducting code reviews for maintaining high standards. - Leverage AWS experience to implement best practices in AI integration, ensuring quality, security, and efficiency. - Identify automation opportunities to enhance operational stability of generative AI applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and refine architectural designs, ensuring scalability and robustness. - Actively participate in communities of practice to promote adoption of new generative AI technologies. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5+ years of proficiency in Python or Java, with experience in building complex AI models. - 1 year of generative AI development experience. - Proven experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in AI projects. - Minimum of 3+ years of experience with React or Angular. - 1+ year of AWS experience. - Understanding of agile methodologies like CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security in AI projects. - Experience with LLM models and agentic tools.
