Role Responsibilities:

• Refine and structure human datasets into

  model-ready signals

  for machine learning workflows.
• Translate

  real-world insights

  into platform features and infrastructure improvements.
• Build

  tooling and prototypes

  to maximize client value and improve operational efficiency.
• Design and implement

  schemas for SQL and NoSQL databases

  to ensure scalability and performance.
• Develop and optimize

  web applications

  using React and Next.js.
• Build and maintain

  backend services and APIs

  with Python (or Go).
• Deploy and manage

  LLMs and other models in production

  , including evaluation pipelines.
• Work on

  systems integration

  across recruitment systems, payment platforms, CRMs, and data warehouses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through tight

  feedback loops

  to drive continuous product improvements.
• Ensure attention to detail and

  technical excellence

  in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain flexibility to align with

  Pacific Time Zone

  working hours.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in

  Computer Science

  (or related field).
• Previous

  founding or startup experience

  is a plus.
• Fluency in

  React, Next.js, and Python

  (Go experience is a plus).
• Strong experience with

  SQL and NoSQL databases

  , including schema design.
• Familiarity with

  Airflow

  or similar ETL orchestration tools.
• Hands-on experience deploying

  LLMs or machine learning models in production

  .
• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  such as GCP or AWS.
• Background in

  systems integration

  across recruitment, payments, CRMs, and data platforms.
• Interest in

  evaluations, benchmarks, and annotation tooling

  .
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to adapt working hours to overlap with

  PT timezone (through at least 11:00 AM PT)
