Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the primary point of contact between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. Your role requires you to effectively communicate with clients, accurately diagnose issues, and leverage your extensive product knowledge to design appropriate solutions. You will be dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our systems while fostering strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and support.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support.- Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in VMware Virtualization Administration.- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their applications.- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving virtualization-related issues.- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning.- Ability to document processes and create user guides for clients.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in VMware Virtualization Administration.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
