Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Ensure client satisfaction by resolving issues promptly. Implement best practices for system maintenance. Conduct regular system audits for optimal performance. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration. Must To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture / AWS / GCP Strong troubleshooting skills in SUSE Linux environments. Knowledge of shell scripting for automation. Experience in managing server configurations. Familiarity with cloud computing services. Experience in Cloud Networking services Must be comfortable with OnCall Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration.
