About The Role

Project Role :Application Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Must have skills :Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration

Good to have skills :Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design, Dell PowerEdge
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification :15 years full time education
Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your extensive product knowledge to accurately diagnose client concerns and design effective solutions, all while maintaining exceptional communication to foster strong client relationships and enhance user satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support.

Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with Dell PowerEdge, Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design.

Strong understanding of network protocols and storage solutions.

Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning.

Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions.
Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
