About The Role

Project Role :Application Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Must have skills :Data Engineering

Good to have skills :AWS Architecture

Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. Your role emphasizes quality and effective communication, allowing you to accurately identify client issues and design tailored resolutions based on your extensive product knowledge. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance system performance and client satisfaction, making a significant impact on our service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Engage with clients to gather feedback and improve service delivery.

Document and track client issues to ensure timely resolution.

Proficiency in Data Engineering.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with AWS Architecture.

Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes.

Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Engineering.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
