Project Role :Application Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Must have skills :SUSE Linux Administration

Good to have skills :Microsoft Azure Architecture, AWS Administration, Google Cloud Compute ServicesMinimum

Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. Your role requires you to leverage your extensive product knowledge to accurately diagnose client issues and design effective resolutions, all while maintaining exceptional communication to foster strong client relationships and satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support and maintenance.- Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
