Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.- Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues.- Document client issues and resolutions accurately.- Collaborate with the development team to enhance system functionality.- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product updates. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Apple macOS Architecture.- Strong understanding of system architecture and troubleshooting.- Experience with system administration and configuration.- Knowledge of network protocols and security measures.- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Apple macOS Architecture.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
